Requirements of Zuozuo's distributorship in China

In order to cooperate with up most synergy, Zuozuo has set forth some strict requirements to be its distributor. This is to avoid potential conflict or disagreement caused by the lack of mutual understanding. We look for the following qualification for our distributors.

1. Zuozuo will have to inspect and ensure that the distributor is competitive and its operation is progressive. It needs to demonstrate that it has a sound management.

2. The applicant has to be moral, free of any malice and reputable.

3. The applicant should be a legal entity. The nature of the business is to provide retailing services and ensure it can pay the VAT Invoice in each transaction.

4. The applicant should accept the rules and regulations of Zuozuo, its conditions and goal. The applicant should accept the sales management system set by Zuozuo.
