1. Zuozuo is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of its products. Nutritional quality, health enhancement, dietary balance, delicacy and taste are some of the main criteria Zuozuo consider when it comes to product development.
A good mix of fruit and vegetables are added to the jelly. The right mix to take into consideration factors into the ingredients, nutritional value, minerals as well as dietary fibres.

- Jelly+juice+vodka, alcohol (ABV): 8-12%
- Jelly+juice+wine, alcohol (ABV): 3-5%
- Pudding (grape flavour) + rum, alcohol (ABV): 3-5%
- Jelly+juice+vin de cassier, alcohol (ABV): 3-5%
Low-sugar food and sugar-free food:

In 2009, the seminar of China’s Jelly Brands and Scientific & Technical Innovation, and the National Jelly Professional Committee were held, and the research on the feasibility of the standardization of sugar-free jelly was also carried out at the meeting.

In China, the annual sale of the sugar-free foods is about RMB200 billion. The company will develop low sugar food, sugar-free food such as sorbose saqima, sorbose or oligosaccharide jelly for diabetics.
